Eligibility
Clients will be required to complete the proper documentation prior to participation within programme.
Thrive reserves the right to deny services to participants who may not be able to exercise safely within the programme parameters.

 

Cancellation

At least 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you choose to reschedule, your payment will be transferred over to your future booking.

Appointments cancelled between 24-48 hours will incur a 50% charge

​

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, and missed appointments are non-refundable.

​

Please be aware that arriving 15 minutes late will be classed as a missed appointment. I understand your time is valuable, so please extend the same respect to mine.
